Red Velvet Brownies

Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup cocoa powder

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 tablespoon red food coloring

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 4 large eggs

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup white chocolate chips

– Cream Cheese Swirl:

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 large egg

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, red food coloring, and salt. Mix well.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until well combined.

4. Fold in the flour until just combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
