1 – 2 tbsp olive oil
500g Cabanossi or Mettenden
1 onion(s), diced
1 clove garlic
500 ml chicken broth
130 ml milk or cream
1 class Can of tomatoes, chunky
300g spaghetti
130 g cheddar cheese, cheddar
salt and pepper
Spring onion(s) for garnish

1. First heat oil in a pan, cut the sausage into slices and fry in the oil. Then add the onions and the pressed garlic and fry briefly.
