Easy -to -use flatbread with cheese and spring onions


250 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
150ml lukewarm water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
100g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda or Emmentaler)
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Optional: 1 teaspoon of dried herbs (e.g. oregano, thyme)

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. If desired, you can also add dried herbs to give the flatbread additional taste.
Add the lukewarm water and olive oil and mix everything well until a smooth dough is created. The dough should not be too sticky, but also not too dry. If necessary, you can add a little more water or flour to achieve the desired consistency.
