Ingredients:
– 100g dried tomatoes (not in oil)
– 50g pine nuts
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 50g grated Parmesan cheese
– 50g grated Pecorino cheese
– 10 fresh basil leaves
– 120ml extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
