Don't be fooled by the name of this recipe. "Moose Farts" taste great and everyone will love them!

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, like walnuts or pecans)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Additional coconut or cocoa powder for rolling
Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, chopped nuts (if using), melted butter, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the mixture becomes sticky.
Shape the Balls: Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture. Roll them between your palms to form balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the Balls: Roll each ball in additional coconut or cocoa powder. This step adds extra flavor and prevents the balls from sticking to each other.
Chill: Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to set and firm up.
Serve: Once the balls are chilled and firm, place them on a serving dish. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
