4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use Italian seasoned breadcrumbs for extra flavor)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
