Bacon-wrapped beef onion rings: crispy and super tasty


3-4 onions

400 g minced beef or lamb

10-12 strips of bacon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

Barbecue sauce

Cheese sauce


Cut the onions into slices and stuff two onion slices with minced meat. And top with strips of bacon.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.

Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C (370°F), brush with BBQ sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
