waffels basic recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings
330g flour
180g margarine
4 pcs eggs
320 ml milk
150g sugar
1 pk vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Recipe preparation
For delicious waffles, sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
Separate the eggs, add the egg yolks, margarine, milk, a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to the flour mixture and stir into a smooth dough using a hand mixer.
Then beat the egg white and the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the dough.
