Ingredients

1 clove of garlic, chopped
85 g (6 tbsp.) butter
15 ml (1 tbsp) unbleached all-purpose flour
250 ml (1 cup) chicken broth
340 g (3/4 lb) cooked turkey or chicken, shredded
55 g (1/2 cup) sliced ​​almonds, toasted
50 g (1/4 cup) dried apricots, diced
30 ml (2 tbsp.) honey
