Dough preparation for crepes:
180g flour.
35g unsweetened cocoa.
A pinch of salt.
10g sugar.
3 eggs.
260 g warm milk.
160g boiling water.
Strain through a sieve to avoid lumps.
60 g liquid honey.
25g vegetable oil.
