The best pizza dough

500 g flour (type 00 or pizza flour)
1 packet of dry yeast (approx. 7 g)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
325 ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil

In a small bowl, combine the dry yeast, sugar and warm water. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes until the yeast becomes active and forms bubbles.
