INGREDIENTS

For the dough:
1kg flour
200g sugar
200 ml oil
100 ml natural yogurt
2 pieces egg whites
450 ml lukewarm milk
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
42g fresh yeast
2 tsp salt

For the poppy seed filling:
500 g ground poppy seeds
200 g cane sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
300 ml milk
Lemon zest to taste
