500 g cream quark
1 cup (250 ml) flour
2 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
400 fresh, firm strawberries
70 g butter
Powdered sugar to taste
Anything you like for sprinkling (poppy seeds, breadcrumbs, crumbled gingerbread, etc.)
