For the Bechamel:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp nutmeg
For the Garlic Bread:
1 large loaf of italian bread
1/2 cup room temperature butter
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
5-8 slices of fresh mozzarella for the top
