Lasagna Rolls are the perfect easy kid friendly dinner recipe! Not only are they super easy to make but they are melt in your mouth delicious. This recipe makes 12 rolls feeding about 6 people and makes for amazing leftovers!

If you are cooking for a larger crowd, you can easy double the recipe. If you are cooking for a smaller crowd, simply cut the recipe in half and use an 8×8 baking dish.

Store completely cooled leftover lasagna rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. You can also freeze lasagna in an airtight freezer bag for up to a month.
Lasagna Sheets – I used barilla lasagna. You’ll need 12 sheets.

Italian Sausage – One pound ground Italian sausage or you can also use ground beef or ground turkey.
