Ingredients:

4 beef roulades
Mustard
salt and pepper
4 tbsp mustard
4 slices of bacon
2 onions, cut into rings
4 gherkins, cut into thin strips
oil for frying
500 ml beef broth
250 ml red wine
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
