Acma stuffed with cheese Turkish rolls

Dough :

Approx. 600 gr. flour
1 egg
1 egg white (please save the yolk from this egg)
150 ml lukewarm milk
50 ml oil
150 ml natural yogurt (I use 3.5%)
1 tsp.salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Half a bag of baking powder
1 bag of yeast (or half a yeast cube)
Knead everything into a soft dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
